Jessica is a volunteer mediator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and has concluded several mediations successfully for the parties. She also provides pro bono representation of individuals for Custody Conciliation in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
As an Approved panel member for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Jessica may serve as a mediator for federal litigation.

As Chief Counsel for Human Resources at Arconic, and Senior Counsel in Employment Law at Alcoa, Jessica became a recognized expert and trainer in employment law. She gained considerable experience in adversarial matters, investigations, negotiation, risk management, mitigation and dispute resolution. Noted for ability to engage with executives, managers, and personnel at all levels, Jessica guided legal strategy and ensured that effective outcomes could be reached in disputed matters.

Jessica enjoyed several years as a trial attorney for LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae, where she defended corporations in employment lawsuits in courts across the nation. Previously, Jessica practiced with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott in Pittsburgh, PA, in the Firm’s litigation and Labor/Employment practice areas.

Jessica is a Member of the Mediation Council of Pennsylvania, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Jessica is a graduate of William & Mary (Marshall-Wythe) School of Law, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Franklin & Marshall College. In addition to numerous business trainings and certifications, Jessica has a mini-MBA from University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of Business.
